Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Process daily Open Account Trade (OAT) transactions
• Process invoices and financings to customers in accordance to the agreed service standards
• Process settlement of principal loans and interest
• Perform escalations and follow up on overdue invoices
• Adhere to risk and control guidelines / policies, processes / procedures established in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Support and assist in adhoc projects / requests to improve work processes

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification with 1-2 years of related experience in a processing role ideally
• Team player and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Organised with an eye for details
• Proficient in MS office applications
