Assistant Manager / Manager , Corporate Action
• Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events for Singapore and Foreign markets
• Resolve Corporate Action cash breaks for Singapore and Foreign markets
• Ensure no disruptions in daily business as usual in terms of accuracy and timeliness in meeting Service Level Indicator as established with Business
• Attend to internal and external customers' queries received from internal Business Units
• Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework
• Support Section Head to streamline processes, document user requirements and perform user acceptance testing
• Update Management statistics for Management reporting on monthly basis/adhoc basis
• Ensure that discrepancies/exceptions, if any, are immediately reported to Section Head and ensure prompt and effective resolution
• Handle queries from internal stakeholders and external counterparties
• Participate in Adhoc weekend industry business continuity plan exercise
• Handle adhoc assignments/projects/initiatives as assigned

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Candidates from securities/brokerage back-office experience are added advantages
