Job Description:

Account Opening & periodic CDD/KYC

• Customer onboarding through collection of KYC documents as per AML CFT Policy of the branch & close the internal process through submission of documents & forms in appropriate systems and respond to queries raised by Operations, Compliance & KYC team
• Follow up and obtain CDD/KYC documents from clients on regular basis so as to eliminate any KYC pending
• Obtain necessary clarifications & documents from clients. To attend to customer queries/complaints and ensure they are resolved and nil escalation
• Periodic review with Relationship Managers on status of account opening and any other such matter
• Regular connects with Corporate Service Providers, Legal Firms in order to generate account opening leads
• Regular connects with the bank’s transaction banking team for any account opening leads

Transaction Banking support

• Coordination with transaction banking & operations team for processing of any outward remittance or inward credit request received for a customer
• Email ID/Phone no. Updation, Signature updation, Board Resolution updation, Internet Banking details updation and any other updation request received from clients
• Safe Custody - I Memo: Raising Internal approvals for transactions safe custody i-memo and submit original docs to Operations
• Legacy alert follow up: Follow up with compliance / customers / operations for closure of alerts
• Credit filing: Filing of documents into respective credit files
• MIS: Credit, Trade & transaction banking MIS, Updating client contact details etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in Retail/ Corporate or Private Bank
• Have to be able to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadline
• Strong analytical, written and interpersonal skill
