Overview on the Front Office (FO) Programme
The FO programme is responsible for facilitating the investment review & approval process within Temasek.
Microsoft CRM Dynamics is the existing custom built application that automates the review/approval workflow amongst different investment and support teams who handle the investment projects pipeline.
This role is responsible for supporting BAU activities and driving project/enhancements relating to the FO programme.

Looking for experienced individuals who can handle multiple tech vendors, stakeholders and users.
Over and beyond understanding and aligning business requirements/design, must be able to solve issues from tech and business end. Being resourceful and ability to think out-of-box and quick to respond promptly to address issues.
Delivery/PM focuses beyond just strong in PMO & its processes, experienced in managing BAU and proficient in ITIL processes.
Good understanding of project management terminologies (e.g. Waterfall / Agile)
Good attitude with professional ethics.
Candidates with MS CRM product knowledge will be preferred
Responsibilities
Acting as a liaison between business and tech delivery teams
Drive solutions and issue resolutions, for escalated issues from vendors as well as those requiring internal discussions
Identifying on improvement opportunities and assess business requirements against alignment to current architecture
Understand current solutions, delivery methodology, drive quality implementation, review SaaS providers service levels and pursue addressing of gaps
Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met
Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business
Involved in identifying, shortlisting and selection of solutions and design working jointly with the delivery parties and the Enterprise Architecture team
Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management and review and provide status for internal updates
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, various engineering or equivalent field
8 to 10 years' experience as an IT Project Director/Manager for medium to large and complex projects, managing work delivered through multiple third parties delivery team, design and building custom solutions and integrating with package, SaaS or enterprise solutions, preferably in the asset management/banking/finance industry
Experienced in instilling rigour, methodical practices and developing an effective team to learn, design, build own and run the solution
Includes hands-on experience of solution implementation through confirmation of requirements of definition with business users, elaboration through detailed functional and technical designs, data migration, planning and performing functional and non-functional testing, as well as seeing through deployment of solutions into live production
Familiarity with incremental changes and production support demand process
Ability to work within an international team and provide clear leadership and direction to its members, including integrating with and providing oversight of development deliverables owned by 3rd party resources
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to project manage and work with cross-functional teams, different stakeholders
