-Work closely with cross functional teams in the course of journey and process designs.
-Perform customer immersions, process walkthroughs and prototyping and testing.
-Develop material to summarize journey or process gaps and proposed solution.
-Prepare updates and materials required for journey and process redesigns.
-Good knowledge on user-centered design and various testing methodologies.
-Ability to think logically and familiar with digital landscape.
-Good communications and analytics skills.
-Added advantage with knowledge of InVision, Balsamiq, Illustrator, etc.
