Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities - Identify and process asset injection (incoming source of fund)
- Billing of Annual and Ad-hoc Trustee Fee
- Monitor collection of Trustee Fee
- Process and monitor payment of annual company fees
- Process distribution requests
- Process payment of expenses
- Manage, distribute, scan, file daily mails received.
- System static setup and maintenance
- Assist in yearly MAS/FATCA/CRS reporting
- Assist Section Head in any projects/tasks
Requirements - Degree in Banking, Business Studies or other related course of studies.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Functional knowledge/experience in back office support is required.
- Familiar with private trust products & processes
- Good team player, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in stretched environment and meticulous.
- Flexible to travel between DBS Asia Hub and DBS Asia Gateway
