Associate, Program Manager, Operations COO - Strategic Initiatives & Data, Technology & Operations
Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities - Drive Operations program strategy support through effective communication, collaboration and engagement with all internal and external stakeholders
- Support journey communication/ awareness for clear understanding/ appreciation of "as-is" to " to-be" customer (internal and external) journey transformation
- Facilitate and enable X-functional collaboration with Operations, Technology, Transformation Group etc to drive/ track key programs (e.g. Reporting, RED - Respectful, Easy to Deal With, Dependable etc) outcomes across locations/ regionally
- Drive regular and effective executive communication to ensure Sponsor/ Project Steering Committee (PSC) updates on achievements around program outcomes
- Establish a golden source of truth to ensure required Operations data for reporting is integrated into in-house data platform ADA/ Control Tower for actionable insights as part of Operations DDOM construct
- Conduct deep dives with location teams to discover/ identify opportunities for Report automation/ elimination
- Coordinate and gather implementation feedback/ retrospectives to enable continuous improvement iterations
- Garner industry recognition through external awards
- Drive internal recognition campaigns (e.g. RED) in partnership with Transformation Group
- Drive the agenda/ cadence planning for Operations Initiatives Huddle
Requirements - Degree holder with minimum 3 years of experience in managing/ supporting improvement programs
- Experience in running Branding & Communication programs/ campaigns/ events is preferred
- Familiarity with Institutional Banking Operations, Consumer Banking Operations, Treasury & Markets Operations will be an advantage
- Self-starter, meticulous and analytical
- Excellent program management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skill and the ability to understand a broad range of operational issues
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Good team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills
