Job Purpose: As a key member in the middle office operations, you will be responsible in supporting the end to end trade lifecycle management.
Trade booking including trade amendments, allocation and validation in Fidessa
Management of full trade lifecycle including fails trade investigation, exception management, settlements and reconciliations
Liaising with both internal and external parties to solve any trade-related queries or discrepencies
Preparation of Client reports including EIT P&L, risk and regulatory reporting.
Understand the structure of each non generic trades including OTCs, with work closey with IT and the business to ensure smooth transition of new exotic trades
Participate in implementation projects and initiatives
Supporting all aspects of client Onboarding to include the fulfilment of Anti Money Laundering (AML),Know Your Client (KYC), and Account Opening requirements.
Communicate with the client and Account Manager to collect information to ensure all client KYC records are compliant with regulatory standard and submit them accurately and timely according to the established SLAs.
Own the end to end onboarding of new clients, ensuring adherence to KYC regulatory standards and account opening requirements, as well as subsequent periodic renewal process of all clients.
assist with the drafting and gathering of client documents and make independent recommendations regarding AML risk at a client level prior to final review by the head of Sales / management team.
Officers will be expected to stay current with all regulatory changes and requirements around client KYC, Suitability, Documentation, and product or account opening procedural changes.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience.
