Asst. Manager - Control Assessment & Assurance
The Role Responsibilities - Liaise with Collection & MIS Hub where appropriate to maximise benefits of centralisation.
- Ensure timely escalation of any outsourcing risk and tabling of any new/incremental outsourcing activities to appropriate risk forum. To work with outsourcing owners to ensure adequate on-boarding due diligence, governance oversight on outsourced activities and updating of outsourcing inventory.
- Ensure timely submission on all Control Sample Testing (CST), and closely follow up on any queries raised.
- Strict adherence of code of conduct, regulatory, governance, legal & compliance guidelines.
Strategy - To adhere and comply with Local Regulator Guideline, Global Credit Standard, Credit Policy Manual, Collections Procedures and Forbearance standards.
- To assist in the smooth implementation of Operation Risk process, procedures, and policies.
Business - Work closely with the Product and Credit policy teams to ensure sharing of timely feedback so that timely appropriate actions can be taken by the different functions to tighten risk appetite, if necessary
Processes - Review and update all CST documentation on timely basis.
- Perform random check on CCS claim for DRP repayment.
- Ensure escalation and compliance to MAS 643 related party check.
- Handling of outsourcing and vendor governance
- Review and streamline processes and any projects assigned.
Risk Management - Making optimal use of all collection tools and using analytics and data segmentation to enhance collection efficiency.

Our Ideal Candidate - 1+ years of experience in Vendor Management
- Responsible for effectively coordinating between supplier management and operational processes
- Manage overall performance of vendor
- Manage all documentation mandatory for Vendor Management review, such as Contracts sign off and other periodic review necessary
- Effective communication
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
