Our 'Back to Work' programme aims at reintegrating professionals who have taken a career break back into the workforce. Upon screening, Ambition will select up to 10 professionals to enroll into our customised programme to prepare, encourage, and support them in what to expect in their next role. We would love for you or anyone whom you think may be interested to be part of our programme!
Who is the Back to Work programme for?
The Back to Work programme is intended for professionals who have taken a career break for at least 12 months and have a previous career history within banking and/or financial services. ?If you are looking to return back to work and fulfil the criteria below then please apply by completing the application form below and submitting your CV!
- Minimum 5 yearsof professional full-time experience
- Out of the workforce for a minimum of 12 months
- Open to opportunities in permanent and contract roles based in Singapore
- Previous career history in Banking and Financial Services within one of our specialisms - Operations, Finance, Internal Audit, Project Management, Compliance, Risk Management, Quant, Legal, Actuary, Claims, Underwriting, Sales, Marketing, Trading, Product Management, Investment, Retail Banking Front Office and Wealth Management Front Office
- Eligible to work in Singapore
- Must be available to attend the half-day programme on 17th November 2023, Friday
