Backend Developer

Duties:

• A billion-dollar global payments company looking for a solid backend engineer in Singapore to join its massive expansion.

Abilities
• Writing high-quality, clean and maintainable code using engineering best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, design patterns, etc.)
• Improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability, performance and reliability of the product.
• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high quality work in rapid product development.
• Troubleshooting and fixing customer and system issues.

Skills
• Typescript and/or Golang (must pick up Go when on the job)
• Unit testing
• You believe in clean coding, simple solutions, automated testing, and continuous deployment
• Familiar with a complex, high-performance platforms
• You are flexible, a team player, proactive and someone with an eye for detail

Bonus
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as docker
