Banking Regulatory Operational Reporting Technology Manager, Executive Director

End-to-end delivery and managementoversight of regulatory reporting platform(s) and reporting services for CIBBanking. Specific responsibilitiesinclude:

- Manage global teams (30-40 resources)responsible for data sourcing/cleansing, metadata driven architecture, dataquality, data standardization, and all aspects of reporting and analyticaltoolset development & delivery

- APAC regional lead for Banking Architecture& Engineering organization including matrixed management of deliveryleads/team supporting both functional capabilities and software engineering

- Demand management, stakeholder engagementand governance across regulatory landscape with specific focus on APACregion/in-country demand

- Development of architectural and executionroadmap to integrate current stand-alone application and platforms intostrategic Banking Data Program and Platform

- Ensure continuous delivery ofaccurate, timely and forward-looking regulatory reporting solutions for growingglobal demand including infrastructure buildout/specifications, datastandardization leveraging Banking target logical data models, andknowledge/utilization of big data techniques

- On and offshore vendermanagement/oversight
- End to end ownership for existing regulatoryapplication portfolio with accountability for SDLC, Risk and Platform stabilityobjectives and continuous improvement/efficiency

-Detailed knowledge and hands-on experience in managing regulatory APAClandscape and developing/delivering integrated data stores and reportingsolutions

- Demonstrated background/expertise in dataanalysis and data management design of complex regulatory requirements

- Executive level communication skills andstakeholder management expertise

- Experienced resource manager, includingdemonstrated experience in managing global teams encompassing diverseskillsets - Technical acumen that spans big data technologies, datawarehousing and business intelligence/reporting vendor and in-house developedplatforms

- Ability to manage and deliver multipleprojects simultaneously
