Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and business stakeholders, to define project goals, prioritize work, and achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in architecture design, development methodologies, and best practices, leveraging your deep expertise in blockchain technology and related tools.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code and adherence to coding standards, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback for continuous enhancement.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our products and services, and making recommendations accordingly.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and project dependencies, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and facilitating effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing, professional growth, and a culture of innovation within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with recent hands-on experience in blockchain development.
- A deep understanding of blockchain technologies, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Polygon, possesses blockchain maintenance capabilities.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of software engineers, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor team members.
- Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices, and a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Solid understanding of agile project management principles and experience working in an agile development environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and find innovative solutions.
