An international brokerage looking to hire a seasoned legal professional to perform a sole counsel role. The position will be responsible for providing legal guidance to the business and assist in setting up the legal function.

The organisation offers you the chance to:

Advise on legal disputes.
Draft and review contracts, legal documents and patents.
Assist in developing and maintaining the legal framework.
Advise the business on relevant laws and legal requirements across different jurisdiction as part of the firm’s global expansion plans.
Act as the point of contact for legal matters, including representing the firm in court if needed and supporting any legal proceedings

You offer:

5-9 years of PQE, ideally with exposure to the brokerage industry or wider financial services sector.
Entrepreneur mindset, self-motivated and take initiative to find solutions.
Good at building relationships and credibility; you will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders of ranging seniority on a day to day basis.
