JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing business process, determining areas for improvement, and implementing solutions Gathering and Documenting requirements and conducting analysis.
- Developing Business optimization strategies.
- Documenting and communicating across cross-functional teams including technical team.
- Create comprehensive Test Scenarios based on requirements and Performing UAT Facilitating between stakeholders, technical team and users
- Monitoring timely completion of project milestones and activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience and above of Business Analyst experience
- Insurance experience is a must
- Customer facing experience
- Life Insurance experience preferred
- Business Analyst experience in an insurance company is preferred.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
