Job Description
- SME for Loyalty and Rewards domain.
- Interact, solicit requirements, and advise business and other stakeholders on solutions to address their business needs.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and provide compelling and innovative solutions.
- Stay up to date on the latest technology and industrial trend in Loyalty and Rewards domain.
- Work closely with business, technology, and other stakeholders to deliver the IT solutions that exceed business objectives.
- Lead requirement gathering with business users; work with various stakeholders to translate the requirement in functional specifications/ user story.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology users, collaborate with IT teams to address request or issues raised by stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements, improve quality, and increase efficiency, have an innovative mindset and look out proactively for improvements.
Qualifications - Good domain knowledge in customer loyalty and rewards trends and related programs (e.g., total relationship loyalty) and loyalty business operations. Knowledge in other banking loyalty and rewards platforms would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Digital Banking and enabling loyalty and rewards capabilities on digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.
- Good oral and written communication skills, including documentation and presentation skills.
- Comfortable communicating across business divisions and levels of seniority.
- Must be successful in a collaborative team environment, drive collaborative and innovation.
- Experience in agile/SCRUM/ SDLC, digital initiatives involving technologies such as cloud, API, microservices etc.
