Major Global Bank is seeking for a Change Manager who will be based in Singapore and will be supporting their front office team across APAC on multi-year projects. The client is looking for a driven individual with a working knowledge of Trade Finance and Change Management within the banking industry.
The Position: - Track and follow through on change impact and agreed mitigation plans
- Build an ongoing momentum with relevant teams on change assessment and identification
- Work with presales and post sales teams on ongoing assessments and change impacts
- Understand processes end to end - product and channel specific processes
- Conduct structured impact analysis and risk analysis on process changes
- Actively engage with risk teams to align the risk analysis and build on mitigation / solution
- Work with delivery and testing teams to test for process impact in a timely manner
- Build a sustainable transition plan across partners and countries
- Build the partner operations manual and establish a periodic review of the same.
- Collaborate with regional and global business, operations, technology teams and compliance to meet business and regulatory requirements for various jurisdictions
The Candidate: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of banking experience in the areas of change management, or operations
- Strategic thinking with a passion for documentation and standardisation
- Ability to translate user journeys into country process flows and assess impact
- Relationship management
- Ability to break complex problems down into manageable action plans
- Experience in working on multiple projects / efforts simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder's management skills
Preferred Qualifications - A minimum of 10 years of experience in the change management. Consulting experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in front office products
- Strong stakeholder Management, verbal and written communication, team building and influencing skills.
- Polished MS Office skills, especially Excel and SharePoint
- Experience working in an Agile environment
