Business Development Manager - Business Banking (Invoice Discounting / Factoring)

The Client 

Our client is a renowned financial institution seeking strong interpersonal and ambitious individuals who wish to build a long-term career with a U.K. International Financial Services provider to join their exciting team.

The Job

• Achieves set sales targets and maintains a high level of new inquiries from introductory sources.
• Develops knowledge and understanding of the commercial financing industry with experience in Factoring and or Asset Based Lending
• Develop new business through introducers and follows up with existing clients to develop new business
• Provides a solution to any arising issues and takes accountability for decisions made
• Attends regular meetings with Sales Team to communicate Sales strategy and remain informed of business developments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of sales handling commercial banking products (factoring/invoice discounting products preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service
• Able to work in independently and also good team player
