- Achieves set sales targets and maintains a high level of new inquiries from introductory sources.
- Develops knowledge and understanding of the commercial financing industry with experience in Factoring and or Asset Based Lending
- Develop new business through introducers and follows up with existing clients to develop new business
- Provides a solution to any arising issues and takes accountability for decisions made
- Attends regular meetings with Sales Team to communicate Sales strategy and remain informed of business developments
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales handling commercial banking products (factoring/invoice discounting products preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service
- Able to work in independently and also good team player
