Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be expected to grow revenue and assets through understanding client needs and collaborating with stakeholders to shape solutions to be brought to market. Key responsibilities :
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies by translating organizational strategic direction into sales targets and objectives.
- Expand client base through building and leveraging direct and channel marketing channels.
- Identify business opportunities through mapping of clients’ needs against business strengths and value propositions.
- Work on initiatives with partners and stakeholders that continuously improve products and processes, achieving product commercialization and excellence.
- Identify, develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of deals with the objective of achieving revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, with media sales experience preferred.
- Experienced dealing with client imperatives when considering solutions.
- Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
- A self-starter and fast learner who is able to multi-task, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Energy and desire to succeed; follows through on commitments; pushes self and others to deliver exceptional results.
