Business Manager, AVP

An exciting Business Manager, AVP role has just become available at a reputable financial services firm based in Singapore. This role reports directly to the VP for the region, who is based in Singapore.

About the Business Manager, AVP Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of business management initiatives and processes and require a strong analytical mindset and the ability to coordinate and communicate across a variety of levels and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide decision advisory for the regional Corporate Banking senior management
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting for regional operations on a monthly and yearly basis
• Conduct analysis on the impact and output of process changes; evaluating outcomes and making data-driven decisions to adjust as necessary
• Coordinate regular updates and commentary on APAC operations, financial performance and profitability
• Identify, drive, and implement potential process improvement projects
• Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required

To succeed in this Business Manager, AVP role, you will be expected to have extensive experience in a business management role within a large organisation. The right candidate should also possess confidence and strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate their ability to handle internal stakeholders of all levels across multiple reporting lines.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• At least five years of experience within a business management role
• Previous experience in data analysis, FP&A, and strategy development
• Excellent communication skills required to coordinate with stakeholders of all levels within a complex environment
