Responsible for:
  • Ensuring the overall integrity and accuracy of P&L and Balance Sheet for the Legal Entities housing Corporate Finance, Fixed Income and F&O Lines of Businesses (LOBs)
  • Regulatory reporting of Net Tangible Assets (NTA) for F&O business
  • Preparation/review of the monthly legal entity dashboards to Management, explaining business drivers
  • Preparation/review of the quarterly NY regulatory reporting to the Federal Reserve Board
  • Assist with the preparation of statutory financials statements and compliance reports
  • Assist with audit requests as part of interim and annual statutory audits
  • Assist with projects such as expense deep-dive, re-certification of processes, automation etc
  • Assisting with Location MIS reporting - preparation of various reports, business commentary etc for use by Senior Management for monitoring location performance, executing strategy and reporting to Global Management


Key qualifications/competencies:
  • Academic qualification and experience in accounting and financial reporting
  • Management accounting skills/experience
  • Understanding of Financial Markets - ability to relate market movements to business performance
  • Understanding of risk and capital concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS-Office skills, especially MS-Excel
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with teams across different geographies
