CIB - Platform Sales - Prime Finance - Executive Director

This role will offer a chance to work on the Quantitative Investments Solutions Sales Team. "QIS" is a specialized group with JPMorgan Platform Sales that focuses on quantitative and systematic trading firms across multiple asset classes; equities, futures and options. The "QIS" team is a vertically integrated group that combines financing, clearing, and execution platform sales to assist systematic hedge funds, trading firms, and institutional investors meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market. The candidate will drive strategic client conversations and mobilize internal deal teams to drive business origination. The candidate will join the APAC QIS Platform Sales team in Singapore.

Job responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be assigned a portfolio of clients to cover / acquire and will be responsible for the following:

• Mapping the client landscape - scoping wallet, market share, competitors, and opportunities
• Sourcing leads and independently running with prospective client deals throughout the sales cycle
• Leading the deal team for bid processes and institutionalizing the pitch across the firm
• Driving market share across equity electronic execution, financing, and clearing
• Developing and maintaining strong and lasting client relationships
• Maximizing revenue with existing clients whilst building relationships with prospective clients
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to communicate effectively and deliver the client agenda
• Working with the wider Sales team to improve efficiencies and drive team output

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Prime Sales or related field with knowledge of Prime Finance, Clearing, Algo, and Low Latency Electronic Execution
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance related subject
• Strong team player and partner
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong relationship-building and inter-personal skills
• Ability to navigate the bank and work across other Lines of Business
• Attention to detail, effective time management, and multi-tasking ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
