• Responsible for supporting the Regional lead in managing and providing oversight of Run-The-Bank operations for Asia Cash Operations.
• Provides support to Regional Lead and ensures overall governance and engagement of TS branches & GSC including performance against core KPIs and financial targets.
• Communicates and aligns regional/global strategy and objectives with that of the Branch &GSC
• Leads a team of professionals and builds a cohesive team to deliver local, regional and global goals and objectives
• Point of contact for escalations related to operational delivery
• Partners with OCM to maintain strong control environment at branches and GSC
• Works with branch management on Staff Development, Performance Management, Hiring and Training
• Exhibits full knowledge and thorough understanding of the entire Cash Operations functions across multiple locations
• Recognizes and drives regional improvement opportunities arising from local situations
• Builds exceptional relationship with business partners and stakeholders
• Represents business on cross LOB forums and working groups in the region
• Presentation of business updates to Senior LOB Executives

• Full understanding of Treasury Services business and operations strategy
• Willingness to take ownership and accountability to deliver business goals - execution to achieve specific desired results
• Proven leadership experience and ability to use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to motivate and build a cohesive team for achieving local, regional and global goals and objectives
