Description
- Provide support throughout the case lifecycle.
- Addressing inquiries related to clients' medical examinations, cross-referencing medical reports with records prior to processing, and managing queries related to policy issuance and other matters.
- Regularly updating the High Net Worth (HNW) standard operating procedure manual to reflect any changes or updates.
- Participating in operational training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders, including financial representatives and partners.
- Contributing to the improvement of internal processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensuring the timely acknowledgement and processing of documents.
Profile
- Diploma/Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within the banking or insurance industry.
- Experience in relevant role supporting HNW clients is a bonus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
