Overview of the team The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) governs the Technology Portfolio of Programmes and Projects and ensures they deliver the value to the business approved by Senior Management Committee (SMC Tech) under the multi-year Board approved strategy and budget.
The team operates by shaping efficient ways of working, increasing effective engagements across Business and Technology, challenging Project business cases, balancing rapid progress with quality delivery, ensuring the realization of project business benefits and value, providing assurance, guidance and forging strong working relationships of collaboration and excellent stakeholder management capabilities across Temasek Business and Technology.
The team operates with the mandate to protect Temasek's financial investment and ensure that Temasek Tech Portfolio of Programmes and Projects deliver the agreed business outcomes and value within the approved budget. The team also ensures that stakeholder communications are managed, and the required project governance standards are maintained to avoid audit issues.
Roles & Responsibilities Change Management and Team Building
- Provide advisory and d raft change management and comms related materials for independent projects, aligning with Temasek guidelines
- Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders that may be impacted due to introduction of new technologies and ways of working
- Provide content management on change management related content and channels
- Manage, plan, and facilitate team building related activities to strengthen team spirit
Project Advisory and Governance
- Provide a comprehensive view and report on project Issues, Risks and Dependencies and advise on project interdependencies by tracking and monitoring interdependencies across projects to escalate risks and issues in a timely manner
- Attend and manage governance forums by preparing invites, decks, circulation of minutes and follow up on action items in a timely manner
- Perform any additional administrative activities if required
Skills and Qualifications Required - 5- 8+ years of experience in managing large and complex Tech Projects and Programmes with detailed knowledge in Programme governance and change management
- Demonstrable track record of managing multiple projects to ensure successful delivery
- Experience and exposure to different project methodologies
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Experience in events planning, organising, and facilitating team building activities
- Bachelor's Degree with PMP / Prince 2 / Scrum Master Certifications (preferable)
- Knowledge of Project Management Tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, MS Project etc. (preferable)
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic, detail oriented and analytical, to be able to analyze situations and perform well in a dynamic environment
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
