The Role Responsibilities
The Client & Entity Enablement (CEE) hive strives to improve and evolve client experience, protect the Bank ensuring compliance to KYC, tax and OTC regulations, maximizing process efficiency and effectiveness using technology and human centered design across Client Lifecycle Management processes.
The co-chief scrum master provides service to the Hive
  • Leads the Hive in the implementation of ways of working (WOW), setting the Innovation Agenda by bringing best practice experience to the hive
  • Coaching and developing talent within the hive, creating and maintaining an atmosphere of safety, collaboration, trust through facilitation of retrospectives and fostering an honest feedback culture among members
  • Has overall end to end strategic responsibility for orchestrating the Hives deliverables
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies e.g., Big Room Planning, Directional Scrum, Release Planning, Refinement Forums, PO Synchs
  • Help in defining, reporting and meeting (by removing impediments) objectives and key results
  • Facilitate progress tracking, sets spring cadence and visualization of work using Agile metrics and tools e.g., portfolio planning and tracking tools
  • Supports the Hive by coordinating with other Portfolios, Hives, Clusters and 3rd parties
  • Ensure adherence and continuous improvement of Agile practices, coaches and teaches new techniques to the Teams as needed to achieve optimum productivity
  • Remove immediate and structural obstacles and impediments to progress, and escalates as required
Providing service to the Chief Product Owner (PO)
  • Facilitate the processes of work decomposition, backlog management and dependency management between Teams and other units of the organization
  • Support the CPO to ensure that objectives and key results, scope, and product domain are understood all the Teams in the Hive
  • Support the CPO in breaking down work to maximize and optimize the business value delivered by the Hive
  • Support the CPO in finding and implementing newer and emerging backlog management techniques
  • Support the CPO in senior level stakeholder engagement and management
  • Support the CPO in managing the Hives financials and other appropriate Governance matters
  • Helps coach the CPO & other hive leaders in Agile ways of working
Providing Service to the Portfolio
  • Represents the Hive at Hive level ceremonies
  • Maintains the JIRA health for the Hive and ensures correct reporting at Portfolio level
  • Prepare the Hive materials required for governance and reporting in the nWOW forums as appropriate supporting the Portfolio
  • Works with the Portfolio Enterprise coach to implement the suggested improvements for the Hive
  • Create an atmosphere of empowerment, trust and psychological safety within the Hive and across portfolio
  • For initiatives spanning across Hives, plays the role of Initiative Lead ensuring the initiative governance and business outcomes are aligned.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 10+ experience in delivering large scale, multiyear, business and/or technology product development initiatives in the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) domain across multiple business segments and geographies
  • Specialist knowledge of current and emerging Agile best practices and how to enable at large scale.
  • Proven people management or team management experience in leading implementation of new transformation delivery models
  • Senior experience managing and delivering large scale, multiyear, business and/or technology product development initiatives in the CLM domain across multiple business segments and geographies
  • Interpersonal skills in networking, influencing and decision taking.
  • Excellent communication skills - oral, written and presentation.
  • Ability to engage and drive outcomes effectively across stakeholder groups, from working level through to senior management
  • Senior experience with vendor management
  • Some knowledge of CIB and CB business segments, client types and product offerings.
  • Some subject matter expertise in CDD and CLM system and process.
