Responsibilities
• Support new account maintenance and simple FF deals
• Work closely with the Fulfillment team and assist in the setting up clients on client’s Cash Pro system
• Assist in the tracking and monitoring of ageing deals
• Support IAs with key client on boarding and RFPs
• Learn and understand the client’s cash management solutions and offerings
• Support migration projects related to mandate updates and outreach for expiring client IDs for Fulfillment team.

• Able to work under pressure & challenges
• Good application software skills: Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of excel macros/ Power BI/SQL/Tableau
• Preferably a few 2 or more years of banking experience
• Excellent presentations, communication, time management, problem solving, interpersonal and team work skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English.
