Job Description
Our client is a global financial services provider looking for someone to join their newly created fund platform operations team in Singapore

Reporting to the Client Services Manager

Reponsibilities:

• Manage smooth onboarding of new B2B business partners and new funds in the APAC region (Distribution Partners and Asset Managers) interacting with business partners and internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Sales)
• Supporting onboarding activity of new B2B business partners in Europe
• Servicing business partner located in the APAC region including coordination/ answering of inquiries in the day-to-day business supporting the sales business units
• Representation of Client Service as a subject matter expert in meetings/calls with existing business partners and prospects
• Maintaining business partner hotline during business hours
• Creation and verification of recurring reportings and performance of reconciliation tasks
• Provide support for the development and ongoing optimisation of internal processes with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B client servicing
• Fund Operations experience will be a great plus
• Strong communicaton skills
• Able to work well in a team
