A leading global bank in Singapore is looking for a strong individual to be part of their Client Support team.

Discipline: Private Wealth Management

Associate/AVP, Client Support, Wealth Management

Responsibilities:

  • Advise the team and assist with the monitoring of periodic review deadlines
  • Update relevant stakeholders on all related matters
  • Partner with Relationship Managers, Front line sales, and the Compliance team for client-onboarding and KYC requirements
  • Provides guidance to new and existing relationship managers on KYC documentations and Source of Wealth corroboration where necessary
  • Perform transaction reviews during periodic reviews and identify and assess any potential red flags prior to onboarding
  • Support the relationship managers in all day to day business support matters and ensure adherence to policies and procedures (Compliance, KYC requirements, Due Diligence, AML)
  • Participate in initiatives including major system upgrades, process/work-flow implementation and improvisation, new products & regulatory related projects

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, experience in Private Banking with a good understanding of Wealth Management products and relevant regulations
  • Direct experience in client on-boarding, periodic review or KYC review of Wealth clients
  • Candidates with leadership experience may have an advantage
