What you'll do

Assist Business Banking Managers on new-to-bank corporate account opening for Small & Medium Enterprises.
Liaise with customers for account opening pre-assessment requirements.
Review pre-assessment KYC information and documents provided by customers.
Assist to arrange for account opening appointment between customers and Business Banking Managers.
Assist Small & Medium Enterprises on subsequent account opening requests, onboard them via interactive digital onboarding platforms.
Perform KYC patch work for customers who have dropped off from Online Business Account Opening platform.
Conduct customer due diligence and KYC to understand business legitimacy and ensure compliance of mandatory banking policies and procedures.
Always maintain a high standard of client confidentiality and ensure compliance to bank regulations.

Qualifications
About you

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a focus on customer service.
Organized and meticulous.
Able to conduct business conversation in Mandarin.
