Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the online/offline communities and channels (Reddit, Telegram and Discord) operations.
• Moderate the forums, social platforms and chat groups.
• Conduct AMA (Ask Me Anything) in community to introduce and promote different products and educational content.
• Interact with the community to increase positive engagement.
• Plan and implement community campaigns/events that drive the community to enhance the conversion and activation rate as well as brand awareness.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the success of community growth and engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
• Experience in Crypto/NFTs/Blockchain's Community Management
• Strong interest and passion for Crypto, Blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and Metaverse
• Hands on experience with Telegram, Discord, Reddit tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as a member of a highly integrated and diverse team.
