Compliance Manager

As part of this role, you will be responsible for a range of key tasks, including conducting thorough reviews of new clients and ongoing assessments on existing clients throughout the KYC process, collaborating with business to perform credit reviews. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and serve as the primary liaison for regulatory inquiries. Your coordination skills will be put to use in gathering information for regulatory reporting, and you will engage in risk monitoring and transaction surveillance.

In order to excel in this position, a minimum of 3 years of experience in KYC and regulatory compliance within the financial industry is required. A strong understanding of currency derivatives and Web3 is also essential. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, as well as possess compliance qualifications. Beyond technical proficiency, demonstrating a sense of ownership and initiative is paramount for achieving success in this role.
