Compliance Manager, Asset Management

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute compliance activities for the firm such as business compliance, investment compliance and regulatory compliance etc
• Liaise with regulators on regulatory compliance and filings
• Manage and monitor AML/CTF framework
• Collaborate with different offices to devise and execute compliance policies for the firm
• Identify any potential compliance issues and provide solutions to the business
• Update and advise the management on compliance issue and ensure the firm is in line with the regulatory standard and requirements
• Keep track of new regulatory development and maintain the necessary filling
• Participate in compliance projects when necessary

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Law, or other discipline
• At least 5 years of compliance experience in fund/ asset management industry such as mutual fund, hedge fund etc
• Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in fund / asset management industry
• Meticulous, diligent, motivated
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
