Duties include:
- Advising the business on regulatory requirements for new and existing businesses, including fund management activities
- Manage regulatory filings and notifications including licensing of relevant entities
- Providing periodic compliance monitoring testings and KYC advice to the business
Candidate should ideally have at least 5 years of regulatory compliance experience in a financial institution, preferably in a licensed fund management company. Effective communication skills and being a team player will be essential to success
