Contract (12 Months) Officer/Senior Officer, Legal & Regulatory (8785)

This is an opportunity for a stable, careful and responsible individual to gain experience and exposure supporting the regulatory and compliance function of a well-known investment house based in Singapore.

The ideal candidate is an administrative professional who is open to new experiences and learning new skills. At least three years' prior experience in a legal or compliance field is preferred but not required as training will be provided.

Scope

• Monitoring shareholding tracking systems
• Updating and maintaining registers and other regulatory records
• Performing reconciliation checks between systems
• Monitoring stock exchange announcements
• Assisting with the preparation of regulatory filings
• Other administrative work to support the regulatory function

Requirements

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft excel
• Responsible, meticulous and detail-oriented
• Quick learner and able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in one or more of the following fields preferred but not required:
  • Corporate secretarial
  • Database management
  • Compliance
