The ideal candidate is an administrative professional who is open to new experiences and learning new skills. At least three years' prior experience in a legal or compliance field is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
Scope - Monitoring shareholding tracking systems
- Updating and maintaining registers and other regulatory records
- Performing reconciliation checks between systems
- Monitoring stock exchange announcements
- Assisting with the preparation of regulatory filings
- Other administrative work to support the regulatory function
Requirements - Basic proficiency with Microsoft excel
- Responsible, meticulous and detail-oriented
- Quick learner and able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in one or more of the following fields preferred but not required:
- Corporate secretarial
- Database management
- Compliance
- Regulatory
