We are hiring a Corp Sec cum Business Ops role to provide corporate secretarial support and general business administrative services across the group entities, both local and foreign entities for an investment firm.

Drafting of board resolutions, ACRA / IRAS / MAS filings, update and maintain statutory and legally required filing and monitoring the compliance of legal and contractual obligations.
Corresponding with local registries and service providers for relevant matters.
Assist in arrangements of Board/Committee/Shareholders’ meetings including preparation of meeting agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, and approval for minutes and resolutions.
Record retention keep track and maintain documentation on electronic document management system (EDMS), expedition and filing of important correspondences
Responding to audit queries and fulfilling requests.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and service providers
Organizing team internal and external meetings
New hire assimilation, MOM related matters, request IT for laptops, access cards and login credentials.
Filing of staff welfare expenses and claims, CAPEX and OPEX expenses.
Support procurement negotiation and selection process with team, including budgeting and managing approval processes.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business / accountancy / finance
At least 4 years’ experience in corporate service providers/ fund administrators with Singapore and regional exposure
Ideally exposure to funds administration/asset management/private equity/multiple entities/SPVs
Possess good knowledge of processed and electronic filing requirements of ACRA / IRAS / MAS
Great interpersonal skills, ability to write efficiently and collaborate internally or externally with cross functional teams.
Self-driven and takes excellent ownership on self-deliverance.
Detailed-oriented and meticulous
Ability to prioritise tasks and cope with fast moving work environment.
Comfortable with multi-tasking-managing tight and overlapping timelines
Excellent organization, administration and communication skills
