Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the finance team to prepare and review quarterly reporting on management company entities across different subsidiaries in Asia
- Prepare and review financial statements, quarterly consolidation etc
- Maintain treasury such as payments, cash flow, fixed assets and depreciation
- Assist in annual budgeting and forecasts
- Liaise with external service providers such as auditors to assist in yearly audit
- Other accounting and finance duties when necessary
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other accounting qualification
- At least 3 years of corporate accounting experience covering management company entities
- Exposure to Private Equity Fund industry is preferable
- Good technical and communication skills
- Motivated, meticulous, organized and diligent
