Country Manager, Singapore

Our client is a leading carbon products producer with global presence. As part of the expansion, the team is looking for a General Manager to join Singapore team. This role will be responsible for Singapore operation.

ROLE

• Responsible for financial health of Singapore office
• Oversee the business activities, company’s assets, debt collection, inventory management, logistic and warehouse operation
• Oversee sales and operation team. Provide support / conduct contract negotiation
• Maintain and leads development of customer based
• Organize research of target market, target products, competition analysis and potential product development
• Lead a team and responsible for staffs expansion when needed
• Develop and support promotion / sale strategy events
• Ensure high-level customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business / Commerce or relevant equivalent
• At least 12-15 years of working experience in similar role
• Candidates from trading background welcomed to apply
• Independent, organised and with proven record of leadership skill
