Company is largest in Crypto for the past 7-8 yrs , has over 180 ppl , deals in crypto and integrated banking , has presence in Tokyo, Singapore and Australia Location Tokyo and Singapore

Role is working on a trading desk hedging risk across crypto spot and derivatives, and FX via institutional franchise
Experience in crypto would be a bonus but not essential
More experienced than a junior, but not necessarily super senior, e.g. 2-4 years experience on an equities/FX options flow desk
Technical skills: Python, Q. Nice to have would be Java/C++ but not 100% necessary
Experience with research / analytical tasks and moving strategies/ processes forward on a desk
Can mentor junior members of the team / good communication and global thinking Job Description Location Tokyo and Singapore 1. Role Description:
Hedging risk across crypto spot and derivatives, as well as FX via an institutional franchise.
Involvement in research and analytical tasks.
Contributing to the development and improvement of strategies and processes on the desk.
Mentoring junior team members.
Demonstrating good communication skills and global thinking. 2. Required Experience:
2-4 years of experience working on an equities/FX options flow desk.
Familiarity with crypto would be a bonus, but not essential.
Experience in Python and Q.
Nice-to-have skills include Java and C++, although they are not mandatory.
