About the Role

Join us as a Customer Service - Analyst!

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven team member to drive our customer service initiatives and oversee the optimisation of our Dynamics 365 CRM system. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving continuous improvement through data analysis and strategic implementation.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement customer service initiatives to elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and user adoption.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement within the CRM system.
  • Collate requirements based on identified needs and pain points. Clearly document and prioritise these requirements for efficient communication with the IT department.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to implement approved changes to the CRM system. Act as a liaison between customer service and IT, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Corporate Solutions, Vitality and Marketing, to ensure alignment and a unified customer experience.
  • Participate in change management activities related to customer service initiatives, including developing training materials, and conducting training sessions for customer service representatives.
  • Ensure clear communication throughout the change process to minimise disruptions and promote user adoption of new systems or processes.

Requirements:
  • University Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in FI or insurance industry preferred.
  • Dedicated, resourceful and results oriented individual with proven experience in customer service with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM system is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
