As part of the Private Banking team at ICICI Bank Ltd., Singapore Branch, you get an opportunity to interact with and service High Net-worth Global Private Clients (GPC)
Co-ordinate between the operations team in India and Relationship Managers and help in processing and executing client instructions
Provide day to day support to Private Banking Relationship Managers in Singapore
Provide assistance to private banking clients on their day to day queries and service requests
Cultivate client relationships through successful client follow-up and quality service
Responsible for the primary and the first level of document scrutiny and ensure that there is minimal discrepancy in the documentation
Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance as laid down by relevant teams/ authorities at all times
Responsible for keeping up the service quality level (Zero errors in Documentation)
Responsible for sending the investment forms and the client requests (including documents for the client account modification) through FCRM, OMNI Scan etc.
Responsible for answering calls and responding to client complaint / query e mails from GPC customers across all geographies, locate their problems and provide solutions.
