As a Customer Service Officer, Retail Branch Banking at ICICI Bank Ltd., Singapore Branch, you will have the opportunity to service walk-in customers at the branch counter and offer products and services across the financial spectrum.
Responsible for end-to-end KYC/ CDD for ICICI Bank customers as per product requirements & regulatory guidelines including Non-Resident Account customers of the Bank
Resolve Client queries and servicing requests as and when they arise within stipulated TAT and without defects
Understanding and adhering to compliance framework set out for day to day activities
Handling walk-in customers at the branch counter and visit customers office/residence for collecting KYC documents
Knowledge in handling, review and updating KYC
Actively Participate in customer engagement & field events organized by the branch to educate customers about Branch’s products and services
Generate new leads / build up new customer database to expand customer relationships with the Branch
Handling remittance requests from customer and ensure timely processing
Area of Responsibility:
Obtain relevant forms and documents from the clients to complete KYC/CDD as assigned.
Receive and revert responsibly to customer service account inquiries.
Facilitate processing of KYC and ensure account activation within TAT
Ensure timely communication to clients with regards to KYC and related queries.
Ensure timely processing of customer requests like remittance, relationship opening / deposit opening etc. without rejections.
To attend to customer queries/ complaints and ensure they are resolved and nil escalation / operational loss to branch.
To ensure complete adherence to compliance and organizational policies and procedures.
Any other responsibility, task or project as assigned from the Reporting Manager from time-to-time.
