Customer Service Officer (Insurance)

Customer Care

• Attend to existing and potential customers’ enquiries and requests relating to products and services offered by the business unit.
• Escalate feedbacks and complaints from customers for appropriate action and resolution.
• Liaise with Call Centre on incomplete sales information and complaint cases. Monitor call investigation cases.
• Perform Conservation Program on Retention / BUILD work scope.

Administrative Support

• Manage the incoming/outgoing mails and email correspondences of the business unit.
• Upload telemarketing sales file, print and sent out welcome packs.
• Policy issuance and fulfilment. Undertake dual checker and processor responsibilities for policy fulfilment, amendment and cancellation.
• Submit customers’ GIRO for the Bank’s approval. Perform billing and reconciliation process.
• Generate and checking of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Prepare commission reports and opt-out listings on a regular basis for the Bank and Call Centre.
• Maintain sufficient supplies of printed forms and stationery items, and liaise with the relevant department to order and replenish stocks.
• Check invoices against delivery orders, submit to HOD for approval and processing of payments.
• Typing and filing of correspondences, forms and other documents.

Other Functions

• Participate in role play with new telesales agents from Call Centre.
• Undertake any other assignments and directives as allocated by the Deputy Manager so as to contribute to the overall corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in related discipline
• Min 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in customer service
• Possess CGI certificate and experience in the financial services industry
• Singaporeans only
