My client is one of the world's leading service providers. This role will be leading a team of customer success managers covering the ASEAN region. This team would be covering clients across the Investment and Wealth Management space.
The incumbent should come with substantial experience in managing a team and has experience and knowledge across Investment and wealth management products and businesses.
He/She will be responsible for building trusted relationships with the clients and ensure good quality customer experience journey for all clients. This role will focus on the retention and growth of the existing accounts and ensure that value is added to all clients.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of client servicing, sales, account management or customer success experience within Financial Services related industry
- Deep understanding of the buy-side business (Asset management, Family offices, Hedge Funds, Securities)
- Good product knowledge across Fixed Income, Equities, FX, Mutual Funds etc
- Leadership experience in managing teams and providing training
- Good communication and presentation skills
