Job Family Group:
- Be the Citi brand ambassador by representing the bank through of handling customer requests / enquiries for the affluent high net worth segment of customer via all touch points - Analog & Digital
- To be the client custodian when working through internal linkages and partners to deliver on client requests / enquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to address customer escalations and ensure timely resolutions in accordance to internal guidelines/policies.
- To provide optimum service to all customers by answering inquires and resolving complaints effectively
- To answer all incoming calls; access customers' enquiries and provide resolution
- To update and/or perform on-line maintenance on system terminals as immediate response to customers' requests; ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers; process financial entries/adjustments on customers' accounts if necessary
- Promoting Citibank products/services/benefits to potential customers; perform anti-attrition activities; cross selling of Bank Products, Bank Channels
- Maintaining positive service traits and providing daily productivity and MIS records of problems and inquires handled for Management review
- To deliver superior customer service experience and to be fully committed to ensure that interaction with customers are always fair, balanced and customer focused
- Work towards achieving sales targets
- Ensuring 100% adherence to all Regulatory Citi policies and guidelines
