The recent mandate is for a Firm, looking for a Cyber Security - CSIRT Incident Response Manager (Senior Manager) to join them.
My client is a leading digital Technology firm & has very strong regional presence.
Cyber Security - CSIRT Incident Response Manager (Senior Manager)
In this role, you will lead the CSIRT SOC Incident Response team.
- Build out the CSIRT Incident Response Function.
- Leading the Incident Response Function.
- Enhancing the Incident Response framework and operationalize the IR framework by ensuring runbooks remain relevant and adhered to at all times by all parties.
- Be involved in threat intelligence
- Lead the incident management lifecycle
- Conduct incident response table-top exercises; carry out initiatives such as threat hunting and analysis of cyber threats which could affect the overall security posture for the company to drive appropriate outcome to strengthen the overall security posture.
We are looking for individuals who...
- IR related certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, GCFE, is an advantage, but not a must.
- About 10+ years of experience in Security Incident Response, with experience managing a team in conducting incident response activities.
- Good understanding in microservices architecture, multi-cloud environment and varied operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, Mac, etc)
- Experience in working with or managing a Security Operations Centre (SOC)
- Knowledge of the following is a plus:
- Digital Forensics
- Threat Hunting/Analysis/Intelligence
- SIEM
- Able to be on stand-by for on-call when the need arises.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to rapidly resolve conflicts between teams while ensuring security is not compromised.
