Dealing Assistant (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description

• Support Dealers in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing client (mainly Japanese)
• Assist Dealers in performing various transactions in accurate and timely manner during know your client (KYC) process
• Execute trades for clients in all markets with due diligences and care
• Attend to prospects or clients' enquiries promptly by providing accurate information in a professional manner
• Support Dealers on administrative activities

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Business or equivalent
• With at least 3 years' relevant experience
• Proficient in Japanese (both spoken and written) to liaise with Japanese clients
• Passion in financial market; especially in stocks and shares
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Abillity to work independently and as a team
• Required to attain CMFAS Modules 1A, 5, 6 and 6A certifications within 2 months upon joining
