Job Duties

Conduct in-depth research on DeFi protocols and blockchain data, design and deploy algorithmic trading strategies using in-house automated trading infrastructure
Expand automated trading business to new trading products and venues, and continuously calibrate and fine tune their performance
Provide reporting on daily market sentiment, risk exposure, and P&L
Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance

Who You Are

Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Financial Engineering with a strong academic background
3+ years experience in algorithmic trading, and previous experience trading in the DeFi space
Solid quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in back-testing and simulation
Hands-on experience in DeFi protocols and good knowledge of blockchain basics
Strong programming skills in Python, C++ or Java
Ability to work autonomously and/or remotely within a global team
Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a dynamic environment
