Deputy Manager-Capital Solutions Team

• Work alongside business unit (RMs) in identifying meaningful financing transactions for existing clients and prospects.
• Support the structuring of transactions with due considerations of risk and returns parameters.
• Preparation of pitch materials.
• Work with internal stakeholders in establishing syndication strategy.
• Responsible for supporting the Business Unit (RMs) in cross-selling i.e. identifying and closing non loan related products including but not limited to treasury, trade and cash management.

Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in supporting capital markets origination and distribution work. 
• Minimum, a degree in Business or any related discipline
• Good understanding of banking products, banking industry and business environment especially in the debt market space. 
• Well versed in banking regulations, with deep understanding of risk management, capital management/returns and the ability to influence and translate this into client centric solutions
• Proficient in spoken and written English / to liaise with Chinese speaking headquarter counterparties.
• Ability to converse in any other SEA languages would be a plus.
